We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location and courier availability. Delays may occur during holidays or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging. To request a return, contact us at support@themirakl.com, Refunds will be processed after inspection, minus any applicable shipping fees.

Note: Used towels are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
